Must: Be interesting (even crazy), confident, seem busy, show her your personality, keep it short and sweet.
Avoid: seeming boring or like you have nothing to do, being negative, talking about too sensitive things.
Flirting:
Start to: Put kisses on texts, call her some light petting names to begin with, give her hints that you want her, progressing later on.
Avoid: Being too direct, keep it suggestive.
Setting up a date:
Be: Casual, psychologically talk her into a date indirectly by saying e.g. "I'll pick you up at about 5 then?" rather than "want to go on a date?".
Avoid: Acting too bothered, putting too much effort into it
